Shipping policy

All our products are ship directly from our atelier, located in the city of Madrid, Spain. 

Unfortunately we are not able to ship worldwide. Please check below list to see if we ship to your country:

 

Arab Emirates, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Austria, Barbados, Brasil, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Greece, Germany, Gibraltar, Georgia, Guatemala, Guyana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Norway, Netherlands, Panama, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, South Africa, South Korea, Suriname, Sweden, Swiss, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, UK, USA, Uruguay and Venezuela.

All shipments inside Spain are made trough correos or correos express.

For the rest of the world the shipments will be made with GSL, Zeleris, UPS, correos, correos express or Liberty express delivery services. The costs, delivery service and international transit times will be calculated based on your delivery address. You may find below delivery times list for reference:

Spain: 1-4 business days.

European Union & UK: 4 - 10 business days.

Rest of the world: 5-16 business days.

International shipments (specially outside UE), may incur in additional fees in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to each countries legislation and therefore we cannot be responsible for any of them. Payment of duties & taxes for International orders are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is processed. Allow 3-5 business days for order processing, we are a small team but a very responsible one, be sure that everything will be perfect. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Packages returned to our warehouse due to non-delivery will be refunded minus shipping cost. If a tracking number is not sent within 7 business days, request it to hello@filo.studio
