You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to return a product. It must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in the same conditions as it was delivered.

Please note that due to the intricate hand-knitting process, measurements may vary slightly between +/- 1-3cm

Care Instructions

Please do not wash your knitwear hat in the washing machine. We recommend professional dry cleaning to ensure the delicate fibers of your piece are not damaged.

For small stains, immediate spot cleaning is recommended. Dampen a soft cloth with cold or warm water and gently pat the affected area. Do not use soap, as this can cause the wool to felt.

Pilling may occur on the inside of your garment due to friction against your head. We recommend using a knitwear brush to remove pilling and restore your hat's appearance.
